Kosei Tea Ware is proud to offer FREE shipping on orders over $75 throughout the United States! This threshold is subject to decrease during limited promotions or offers. Orders below the mentioned threshold will be subject to a small shipping charge. All orders will ship from Los Angeles, CA, unless stated otherwise. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and another 7-10 for delivery.

Kosei Tea Ware is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. All shipments are insured and the responsibilities of any relevant claims with the shipping provider are assumed by the buyer. Returns Policy
To initiate a return, please contact us at koseiteaware@gmail.com so we may discuss any relevant details and the best course of action. All items are eligible for return within one week of delivery, provided that they are are still in an un-used, unopened condition.
Unless stated otherwise, customers are responsible for all relevant costs associated with the shipment of returned items. A postal service that offers insurance for the value of your item is highly recommended.
For defective items, it is useful for us to see pictures of the mentioned defects so we can immediately understand your situation. Please include images of such defects so we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.
